It's nothing to be afraid of. At each stage we are able to offer you other solutions or substitutes that will allow us to maintain the look of the project, but reduce expenses. We work on the cost estimate until we reach a satisfactory level of expenses that the Investor is able to bear.

The established budget may differ by a maximum of 5%. Unless there are changes during the implementation of the finishing at the client's special request, the assumed budget is unexceedable.

Of course, we will then agree on a preliminary cost estimate, which will allow us to plan the costs and focus on the most important expenses.

In the case of residential premises up to 150 m2, you can benefit from a reduced VAT rate.

Of course, we also supervise other teams, but we cannot guarantee quality or deadlines.

Supervision involves continuous cooperation with finishing teams, carpenters and other contractors who take an active part in the implementation of the project. What's more, they have coordinated deliveries of materials and goods to the construction site. In the case of delivery of damaged elements, we deal with complaints and their return. The investor receives progress reports from us.

The tranches for the purchase of materials are paid gradually along with the established schedule of works and orders. The investor receives reports on the progress of works on the construction site, and therefore is calm about his funds.
